Health Branch Special Interest Groups
The Branch Committee have special interest sub-groups that aid the work of the Branch and report back each month to the Branch Committee.
Health & Safety Group - currently dealt with directly by the Branch Committee
Communications Sub-Group
Meets approximately every 4 - 6 weeks, generally at the Grampian Resource Centre, Aberdeen.
Branch Committee Meeting The Branch Committee meets every four weeks on a Thursday at 4.30pm in the Kintore Arms Hotel, Inverurie. Members are welcome to attend - list of dates for 2011 can be found here.
National Events for 2011
National Women's Conference 17 - 19 February 2011, Harrogate
National Health Conference 4 - 6 April 2011, Liverpool
National Delegate Conference 21 - 24 June, Manchester
Retired Members Conference 11 - 12 October 2011, Chester
Disabled Members Conference 5 - 7 November 2011, Brighton.
Where possible the Branch send representatives to these events - full reports, motions carried and decisions made can be found on the main UNISON site - conferences database.
